Carex bicknellii (COPPER-SHOULDERED OVAL SEDGE)

Carex bicknelii is a taller sedge that can handle dry sunny conditions. Mix it in with other grasses or taller wildflowers to utilize this plant in a matrix of other species. The seed heads look beautiful mingling with other textures and colors.
