Carex rosea (CURLY-STYLED WOOD SEDGE)

This is another very versatile sedge —use it to create a matrix under taller species or grouped together near a walkway edge. It is a shorter and more mounding habit than some, the bright green foliage works as a great contrast to other tones in the garden.
